Recreation services play a vital role in every aspect of our community. The City of Belle Glade Recreation Department offers leisure and recreational activities for individuals and families throughout the Glades. The department serves thousands of citizens each year from young children to senior citizens through Athletics, Community Centers, and Special Events. Many residents of Belle Glade take pleasure in recreational activities such as dance, arts and crafts, tennis, soccer, baseball, softball, various horticultural societies, and much more. The Recreation Department also provides summer camps for children. The Recreation Department also oversees the Marina Campground and the Public Golf Course.
